1930's-1940's Effanbee "Dy-Dee" Baby Doll 12"Good
Condition For This Doll
This Dy-Dee doll is in pretty good condition considering she is around 80 years old!
Her
fragile
rubber is in fair condition but has held up well for this make of doll. There is no melting or disfigurations and her rubber applied ears are also present and in fair condition. She still has her rear plug and I believe she is wearing her original blue
flowered
dress with matching panties. Her back is embossed with Effanbee Dy-Dee with patent number along with the number 1. She also has the patent numbers listed for England, France, Germany and Other Patent Pending.
Her face has some
scuff marks but her eyes and facial features are vibrant. Her caracul wig is plentiful with dark brown curls which are still tight and soft.

My purchases are based on dolls or clothing that I would love for my own collection but am unable to keep every found treasure. Many of the dolls that I will be listing is from my own collection and from various estate sales or friends.
