    Description

    Effanbee Mickey Flirty-Eye Composition Doll, Repainted 24 In
    "Mickey" by Effanbee has eyes that glance from side to side, a popular addition to the Effanbee doll line of the 1940s. The large size of 24", this Mickey wears a striped shirt and corduroy overalls. The auburn wig of mohair has curls that frame the face.
    Condition: the face and hands appear to have been spray-painted over; his cheeks are delicately tinted pink, and the eyebrows and lashes were repainted. His eyes do "flirt" but do not sleep.
    The striped top is faded, with a few holes in it. Quite certain that the outfit is original.
