Vintage NANETTE infant girl's white cotton romper. 1960's? Blue bird and pink birdhouse appliqués and pink embroidered flowers trim the front. Short puffed sleeves. Snap crotch, three button rear closure. Labeled size Medium,  13-18 pounds. Good condition with light yellowing.
