ONE VINTAGE JC PENNEY'S TODDLE TIME ROMPER.
This adorable plaid romper in greens and orange is a SIZE 1.  It is a cotton blend penn prest soil release fabric.  FEATURES A ZIP UP FRONT and SNAP BOTTOM with BUTTON CINCHING AT SIDES.
All snaps and zipper are in working condition.
ADORABLE BOY or GIRL outfit is in excellent, well cared for condition.  NO FADING, RIPS, TEARS or STAINS.   Measures 22" from top of shoulder down to bottom. My guess is this is maybe a 12 MONTH SIZE.
