From the style of the dress, I thought that it dated to the late 80s or early 90s.  When I looked up the label, I discovered that the label design does indeed date to the 80s.
Dress features polyester lace over an acetate satin lining, generous collar, shoulder pads, back zipper, buttoned opening over left hip, and satin ribbon accents.
Item is in gently used condition, with minimal wear and no obvious flaws or defects noted, although I have noticed a couple of tiny snags in the lace.
