Vtg 1930s Effanbee Patsy Ann 19" Composition Doll
Here is a nice Effanbee all composition Patsy Anne doll.   I have provided a detailed description, so scroll down for the rest of the story.
DETAILS:
HEIGHT: about  19”
MARKS:  Effanbee/Patsy-Ann/ © /PAT. 1283558 embossed on back.
HAIR:   painted molded hair that shows only dots of paint loss in the back.
COMPOSITION : No repainting or touch up to  facial features .  There has been a repair to the very top of her head and some touch up on her arms. Faint crazing throughout and the composition is still smooth. No flaking.
EYES: sleep grey tin eyes that open and shut perfectly.. Does not seem to be missing any eyelashes
CLOTHES:  The clothes are all 1930s vintage. She is  wearing her as found yellow print dotted Swiss cotton dress with a matching teddy, rayon knit socks, newer leatherette, smooth soled shoes
CONDITION: Very good-  overall condition so Patsy will display great. ,.  No lifts or peels  She has all her fingers and toes.

I usually ship the next business day after payment...Monday through Friday. I know that there are delivery times for USPS priority and Parcel Post STATED ONLINE but  actual delivery time can be 2, 3 even 4 times that long especially during the current Holiday Season.
USPS trucks used to pull out every night with packages to get to their various destinations but a new policy was implemented, that because of high gas prices, that the trucks would not be able to pull out until they were completely full. So they may sit there 1 TO 5 DAYS at each designated point on the route UNTIL they are full. This can greatly affect the delivery time.
Even though gas prices are low now, they are going ahead with the policy because the USPS is so far in debt. UNFORTUNATELY, they are not changing the stated delivery times .
Please understand that INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (including Canada) can be delayed due to customs inspections and is beyond this seller's control.
