Vtg Baby Infant Clothes White Baptismal Gown Handmade Philippines Embroidered

Beautiful white cotton infant gown with petticoat/under slips, infant size (probably newborn to 6 mos) in the most delicate cotton with exquisite embroidery and lace trim, handmade in Philippines.
Three pieces in all: One shorter handmade white organdy slip w/ French seams, delicate lace hem, and reinforced shoulder straps that would have been pinned. One longer and more delicately detailed under-slip with scalloped edging, ruffled and scalloped hem, cutwork trim, and tiny button fasteners at the shoulder strap. Only one of the tiny pearl buttons remains--smaller than a pencil eraser. Three others are missing--the garment was evidently used by pinning the straps together. Last is the gown itself, marked "Made in the Philippines," ever so delicate white organdy with lace-trimmed collar and cuffs, pleated and embroidered bodice with little lines of cutwork 5 tiny buttons all intact and a deep handstitched hem. Beautifully made and in excellent condition but for being wrinkled. Needs a gentle starch and press from someone with the patience to care for this darling little garment! button-down top w/ v-neck, pale blue piping, 2 tiny buttons, and fawn applique; Pale blue button-down top of similar design w/ delicate white embroidery and cut-work; 3rd little top obviously US made in 100% cotton lawn in blue roses print w/ white piping. There is small yellow-brown stain near left armhole on this piece. Last is a 2-piece pale blue gown with palest blue inner gown edged in white embroidery (also a small stain on front) and an outer button-up gown trimmed at the neck with white lace and accented with tiny pink rosebud embroidery.
The pieces are in fine condition No rips, holes, strained or torn seams of broken stitches. No stains. Three missing buttons as stated, and wrinkled, and that's it. No real signs of wear, only age. Need to be gently laundered and pressed to enjoy their delicate and unique beauty. Carefully wrapped and promptly shipped from smoke-free home.
